Jim LaiettaWith more than 35 years of experience in technology marketing, sales, and business development, Jim brings a keen understanding of the priorities and execution points for services and solutions marketing. At e5 Marketing, Jim works directly with clients to help them take best advantage of e5 Marketing resources and to provide focused marketing support around go-to-market strategies for technology services, portfolio rationalization, sales enablement, and more.
Jim started his technical & marketing career at AT&T and later Lucent Technologies, where, during his 32-year tenure, he created and implemented the company's first truly global services marketing team, Lucent World Wide Services (LWS) for both the systems integration, professional services businesses, engineering and network operations. While at AT&T, Jim was also a founding member of American Bell and Computer Systems marketing team and represented AT&T on numerous University technology advisory boards.
After his time at AT&T & Lucent Technologies, Jim moved to form his own company and joined forces with e5 Marketing, where he has led engagements with Loral Skynet, Eutelsat, ADP, Sprint and CommScope, responsible for service marketing programs and professional services strategy and competitive intelligence research.
Jim holds an engineering degree from NYIT and an Executive Program M.B.A from the University of Chicago. He is also a graduate of Executive International Marketing Program at Columbia University.
