Sam Gronner
Sam's nearly three decades of experience run the full gamut of written communications media. A former daily newspaper journalist, he has been an editor of in-house publications in the not-for-profit and corporate arena, advertising and web copywriter, strategic corporate communications counsel to Fortune 100 companies, and media and analyst relations practitioner.

Sam joined e5 Marketing's predecessor firm in 2001, immediately after capping his 17-year career with AT&T and Lucent Technologies as global media relations director for the latter's Mobility Solutions business. During his tenure Sam developed an extensive network of media and industry contacts in the telecom arena, and helped build the market for digital cellular and what became Wi-Fi wireless networking technologies.

As outside PR counsel, his knowledge about wireless technology led to PR and industry analyst advisory roles for the former Compaq Computer Corp. and Pinnacor, Inc. Subsequently, as part of the TMI and e5 Marketing team, he has led the PR effort on behalf of such clients as iDirect Technologies, Iridian Technologies, mPhase Technologies and Leapstone Systems – each a pioneer in leading-edge technology.

Based in the greater New York area, Sam is co-president of the Communications Alumni of the City College of New York, from which he is a 1970 graduate. Sam's global marketplace perspective includes his conversational knowledge of multiple languages – including German, French and Hebrew.
